The Professional plan includes structured telephone or video interviews with stakeholders, plus a review of existing performance data. Enterprise clients receive a comprehensive organisational audit that may involve on-site observation, document analysis and focus groups to ensure the programme addresses systemic as well as individual development needs.
Absolutely. Many clients begin with the Essentials package to test the waters and then move to Professional or Enterprise as they see the impact. We use the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model. Level 1 captures participant satisfaction immediately after the session. Level 2 measures knowledge and skill acquisition through pre- and post-assessments. Level 3 evaluates behavioural change via 360-degree feedback collected 8–12 weeks later. Level 4 links training outcomes to business metrics such as productivity, employee retention and customer satisfaction scores. Our impact report presents these findings in a clear, board-ready format.
Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled programme date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee of up to 50 percent of the programme cost to cover facilitator preparation and materials already produced. Rescheduling is always available free of charge, subject to facilitator availability, provided you give at least seven days' notice.
